What you’ll be doing: We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Service Manager to help lead our respite service for adults with learning disabilities. You’ll support the Service Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes choice, independence, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be required to travel between our respite service locations to ensure consistency and a high standard of support across all settings. The number of people we support may vary each week, depending on individual needs and respite bookings, so flexibility and adaptability are essential for this role.
