The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of replacement site coverage solutions, including sites at risk, decommissioning and the acquisition, design and build of replacement sites or equipment relocations.
Working closely with the functional NTQ teams, key suppliers and MBNL’s shareholder teams to ensure continued network service is maintained. The NTQ Core Team will work collaboratively to gather and understand their customers' needs and needs of the business (internally and externally).
Responsible for collaborating with the functional teams, the wider Property leadership team and wider business to ensure we create a positive working environment with focus on people, execution and customers.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.
What you’ll do:
* Through collaboration with internal functions, responsible for the delivery of all activities (end to end) to ensure replacement sites or lift and shift activities are delivered in accordance with the exit date of the selected site.
* Engages with Shareholder interfaces to ensure correct expectations are communicated, and escalates issues internally as appropriate for these to be managed.
* Coordination of the relevant internal functions to ensure all dependencies (end to end) and delivery commitments are met in line with the agreed SLA and processes.
* Ensuring delivery functions have the information to focus delivery in accordance with the agreed site priorities.
* Acts as an interface between MBNL and 3rd party site providers where 3rd party site providers are building a replacement site, exiting an existing site or completing a lift & shift.
What you’ll bring:
* End to end project delivery management experience gained within telecoms or other infrastructure sectors, including asset management and property-related environments.
* Experience of managing external stakeholders and working across multiple organisational departments.
* Experience working in a strong customer-focused environment.
