Road Traffic Solutions are one of the largest national providers of Traffic Management services within the UK, and have over 150 employees delivering a quality service 24/7. RTS cover all aspects of Traffic Management including consultancy, planning, drawing and delivery, via a national network of service centres. Now, due to continued growth, we are expanding our teams with new roles to support our customers’ needs. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to delivery within the South-East Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, with the ability to ensure that all works are delivered to a superior standard, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and to a high standard. Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers within the region, conducting site and customer visits as needed to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure that all works are delivered to a superior standard, adhering to company guidelines and customer specifications. Handle the invoicing process for completed works, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle, working closely with customers and internal teams to find an effective solution. Skills Required: Proven experience, preferably within a similar industry or role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Detail orientated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel). Application Requirements: Ability to travel within the Region as required for site and customer visits. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 with 30mins for lunch (42.5hrs per week). Salary: £35,000.00 per annum (to be discussed at interview). The successful candidate would be subject to a 3 month probationary period. You will be provided with a company phone and laptop.
