Your Responsibilities As the Year 3 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver lessons across the full curriculum that inspire, challenge, and engage pupils Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing Track and assess pupil progress, using outcomes to inform planning and next steps Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and higher-attaining pupils Foster positive behaviour, relationships, and a culture of respect within the classroom Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support learning at home Work collaboratively with colleagues across Key Stage 2 to share best practice and improve outcomes Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in events, initiatives, and professional development Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a teacher who is: Qualified with QTS and able to teach Key Stage 2 Enthusiastic, creative, and able to deliver lessons that capture children’s imagination Committed to raising standards and promoting a love of learning Adaptable, reflective, and willing to continually improve practice An effective communicator and collaborative team player Passionate about inclusion, safeguarding, and the wellbeing of pupils We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers as well as experienced teachers.
