AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for a Technical Engineering Administrator to be based at our Hangar at Stansted Airport on a 4 Day 4 Off (12hr) rotation, working in cooperation with our client Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to demonstrate a professional and flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment.
Duties –
Reporting to the Stansted Hangar Manager, the Hangar Administrator will be responsible for:
* Liaising with the Planning Department, Compliance Team, Engineers and Check Supervisors on the completion and coordination of aircraft documentation.
* Distribution of Aircraft Maintenance Workpacks to the relevant maintenance teams.
* Collating and reviewing aircraft paperwork to ensure completion and compliance.
* Ensuring that all paperwork is scanned and archived correctly.
* Following up on incomplete / missing paperwork.
* Assisting the Hangar Manager with physical compliance audit checks and the coordination of visiting Engineers/Third Parties
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous Administration / Document Control experience is an advantage, but not essential.
* Aircraft maintenance or Engineering experience is an advantage.
* Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills is essential.
* Strong communication (written & oral).
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Ability to work without direct supervision.
* Successful candidate is required to provide a clean DBS to work at UK Airports.
