H'ARTISAN is an independent speciality coffee shop in the heart of Wargrave, Berkshire. It is a vibrant community hub, a place for social gatherings, meetings, remote workers, dog walkers and a welcome pitstop for the many cyclists to the area.
H'ARTISAN has been curated by husband and wife team Sarah and Nick Hart. Sarah, a qualified nutritionist, and Nick, with 25 years of retail experience. The Harts' have created a friendly, 'high-end' café, offering a wide range of delicious, freshly made food, high quality drinks whilst providing first class customer service.
Working with high quality companies, they offer products of a very high standard. Speciality coffee is sourced from 'Colonna Coffee', with their award winning 'Kokoa' hot chocolate. Whenever possible, they endeavour to offer locally sourced products. They pride themselves on preparing their speciality coffee on the La Marzocco KB90.
Job description
We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team. The hourly rate will be based on experience and range between £10 - £12.21 excluding tips.
The successful applicant will join 'Team H'ARTISAN', and play an important role in providing a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for customers to gather. As a team player, you will be expected to build customer rapport, whilst ensuring our products and standards exceed expectations in terms of both quality and service.
The successful candidate must be highly knowledgeable about all products we offer (especially our coffee), focusing on quality, efficiency and speed of service. They will need the ability of being friendly and welcoming to customers whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times.

All applicants are required to have a good level of speciality coffee barista experience to be considered for the role
