Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and practical individual to support our Area Leadership Team. The role is based at one of our offices in Romsey, Chichester, Worthing or Pevensey, with a flexible hybrid working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Diary and e‑mail management
* Tracking of actions
* Preparing meetings, both in person and virtual
* Hotel and travel arrangements
* Key system and process administration
* Handling enquiries and requests
* Responding to incidents and providing business continuity support during incidents (additional payment and full training offered)
The role demands a self‑motivated professional who can work unsupervised while also thriving as part of a team. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing demands and prioritise workload.
Experience & Skills Required
* Experience of providing excellent customer service and building relationships with colleagues.
* Strong written and spoken communication skills; ability to act as an initial point of contact and filter information accurately and efficiently.
* Confidence with Data Protection and handling sensitive business and personal information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Teams.
* Organised and able to manage own workload effectively.
* Ready to undertake a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship (discussed at interview).
