Customer Service Administration (1 year Sickness cover) IMMEDIATE STARTWe have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a customer service administrator. You will be working Monday to Friday 9-5pm in our offices in the Titanic Quarter BT3. Our company is NI based and has been established for over 35 years.You will work as part of a small office team providing support to customers over the telephone, responding to emails, processing orders as well as assisting with management of stock and helping with sales support and onboarding customers to use our services. Additional duties could be incorporated in this role for those meeting desirable criteria below.Essential CriteriaAt least 4 GCSEs including English and MathsAble to communicate effectively by email and telephone in EnglishAt least 1 years experience working in a customer service / office administration roleConfident and capable interacting with clients including discussing pricingExperienced and capable using computer systems and Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and able to update customer records with accuracy.Confident generating simple reports and data sheets in ExcelReliable and trustworthyAble to manage multipletasks and prioritize effectivelyCapable of liaising effectively with other departments to resolve customer queriesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail including numeracySolutions focused, committed to process improvement and high level of customer careAble to work well as part of a teamDesirable Criteria:Driving LicenseComfortable making visits to customer to solve problems / make deliveries / collectionsPrevious experience of warehousing / stock control systemsPrevious experience in account management and / or in salesExperience taking meeting minutes / updating written proceduresExperience in delivering customer training / writing reportsFull training and support will be provided.This is a fixed term position, but as an expanding business there would likely be other opportunities arising with our company in the future.
