The position is Monday to Friday, currently working 2 pm to 11 pm. Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyse KPIs, making recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency and service.
* Collaborate with engineering, service and logistics teams to enhance site performance and resolve operational issues quickly.
* Manage production planning to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery of customer commitments.
* Contribute to budget development, cost control and long‑term strategic planning alongside the GM.
* Maintain exacting standards for quality and compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast‑paced, lean production/supply‑chain environment.
* Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and recognising outstanding performance.
* Communicate effectively, giving clear direction and ensuring consistent, fair performance management.
Key Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Production Manager with sound commercial and financial acumen.
* Operational expertise in ensuring efficient site operation.
* Strong analytical skills and an enquiring mindset.
* Lean / Six Sigma certification or experience is an advantage.
* Experience managing a fast‑paced production or supply‑chain environment.
* Degree education preferred and a commitment to continued personal and professional development.
