Leading a team of cleaners at various prestigious customer sites.
Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.
You will also:
1. Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
2. Organise rotas to cover holidays/sickness as well completing site audits and other paperwork
3. Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
4. Assist with training
5. Carry out general cleaning duties as required.
To succeed in this role you will need:
6. Experience in a cleaning supervisory role
7. BICS qualification preferred
8. Strong people management skills
9. A general understanding of Health and Safety legislation
