About the Role
We are partnering with a renowned media and analytics organisation to hire a Marketing Analytics Director. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving data-led decision making and delivering marketing effectiveness at scale.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, lead high-impact analytics projects, and translate data into actionable insights that fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver advanced analytics projects across marketing effectiveness (including MMM, forecasting, and experimentation)
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic, data-driven recommendations
* Translate complex data into clear, commercial insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Manage and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists
* Design and implement measurement frameworks to improve marketing performance
* Support day-to-day media and marketing decision-making with analytical insight
* Contribute to the development of new analytics products and capabilities
Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in marketing analytics, data science, or econometrics
* Proven track record of delivering analytics projects in an agency, consultancy, or in-house environment
* Expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or econometrics (highly desirable)
* Experience with forecasting, A/B testing, or machine learning in a marketing context
* Proficiency in R (Python and SQL are advantageous)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights
