Managing rework process to ensure to ship out on time and to declare inbounds with correct HS code.
Handle bi-annual stock take (June, Dec)-Travel to the Netherlands required
Manage rework process for sales & domestic orders for rework and invoices
Maintain all commodity codes and material master for all products on our SAP system
Effectively manage the LE (Logistics Execution) and MM (Material Management) modules on SAP and ERP systems
Daily filing / general office housekeeping
A minimum of 2 years’ experience within administration function, preferably within the CCTV industry
SAP experience desirable
Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
Clean driving license
Korean & English language essential, European language desirable
