You will develop annual marketing communication plans aligned to the UK & Ireland marketing strategy and business priorities. Job Description Responsibilities For Imaging & Solutions, working closely with the sales and EMEA marketing teams to develop the MarCom plan for the annual programme Including planning, development and execution of innovative and effective integrated marketing across all channels End to end management of a range of events Working closely with third party suppliers to produce creative event concept ideas and major congress delivery Ensuring Health & Safety, including risk assessments for all events Digital content creation - Photoshop & Marketo Work closely with the EMEA digital marketing team and other local modality marketing teams to deliver cross business opportunities Manage compliance of all locally generated marketing materials (Veeva) Manage internal and external stakeholders, partners and external agencies Ensure communications are delivered to agreed objectives, timescales and guidelines and create reports on Return on Investment Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications Proven experience in Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing including social media, digital campaign creation and management, contact / lead database (segmentation and reporting) An experience working in a Healthcare B2B commercial environment, with a portfolio of successful examples from marketing collateral creation and promotion, digital launches, etc. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English Proven Operational mindset and ability to translate strategy into action, with strong sense of urgency to drive outcomes with speed and efficiency Desirable skills Ability and proven experience with strategic mindset as well as creative skills Problem solving, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on business, market and customer trends Data analysis, reporting and business intelligence, emphasis on digital marketing analytics Excellent people and agency management, project management and organizational skills, with experience leading and/or direct involvement in large-scale projects Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
