Training and Development
No prior financial expertise required. You will undergo comprehensive training at our Customer Care Training Academy, gaining the skills needed to excel in your role.
Candidate Requirements
* Customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Empathy and flexibility in handling customer needs
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

* Starting salary from £24,570, with flexibility up to £27,700 based on experience
