What Youll Be Doing
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the transport office
* Assisting with route planning and scheduling deliveries
* Communicating with drivers and providing real-time support
* Monitoring compliance, paperwork, and safety standards
* Helping resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
* Learning how to use transport management systems (TMS)
* Working towards becoming a confident, capable transport supervisor
What Were Looking For
You dont need transport experience just the right attitude and willingness to learn. Were looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised and great at multitasking
* A confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
* Able to stay calm under pressure
* Motivated, reliable, and eager to develop new skills
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* A team player with a positive, proactive work ethic
