* Payroll Administrator-
* Purchase ledger processes including coding, invoice entry and allocating payments-
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on Xero accounts package-
* Manage sales ledger and credit control processes, liaising with the commercial team, raising invoices and chasing payments and retentions-
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.-
* Bank reconciliations & allocations-
* Monthly VAT submissions-
* CIS submissions-
* Corporation Tax-
* Processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time inclusive of Sub-contract wages & expense re-imbursements. This will include CIS verification & deduction-
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance and statutory requirements are met-
* Handle queries relating to pay and deductions-
* VAT-

We require someone that can hit the ground running and is proficient with Xero accounting software and payroll package.
