shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Boston. You will join us on a Part Time, Permanent basis.
This position requires 7 hours a week. The role starts at 7am, and flexibility for the rest of the week is required. The core rota may change based on business needs.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £3,657.50 to £4,465.81 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96) depending on your age. After being with the Company for 3 years you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds regardless of your age. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits.
The Sales Assistant Role
We don’t expect you to know shoezone inside and out. We train and develop all of our Sales Assistants. However you will need a genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with a motivation to learn and develop.
