An opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and detail-oriented Administrator to join an extremely successful, longstanding company
Reporting to the Territory Managers, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a busy office.
Key responsibilities will be:
1. Daily order processing
2. Sage accounts invoicing
3. Daily sales report
4. Daily order checking
5. Pricing updates/monitoring
6. Customer email enquiries
7. Liaise with Territory Managers
8. Any other adhoc office tasks required for the smooth running of the business office
Skills & Experience required
9. Strong organisational skills
10. Good knowledge on all Microsoft applications
11. Must be self-motivating
12. Able to prioritise own workload
