The Role
* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all tax compliance deadlines are met
* Review personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
* Support on advisory work and more complex tax matters
* Liaise with internal teams to deliver a seamless client service
* Delegate and review work for junior team members
* Support training, mentoring and development of junior staff
* Manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively

Requirements
* Strong personal tax experience within practice
* ATT / CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Confident managing client relationships
* Experience reviewing work and supporting junior staff
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proactive and commercially aware approach
Salary & Benefits
* £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
