We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Wallace Hospital.
Situated in a residential area of Dundee, Cygnet Wallace Hospital is a 10-bed specialist high dependency complex care service providing assessment and treatment for individuals with learning disabilities, with or without autistic spectrum disorder, as well as complex needs and behaviours. The team can also support those who have additional mental or physical health needs, including those detained under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act. We accept emergency referrals and are experienced in managing them efficiently to ensure smooth transitions for service users.
The team works towards discharge from the point of admission, collaborating with service users to create pathways to the community and independent living. Our integrated care pathways support individuals to reach their full potential.

1. Support management and team members in the daily operation of the service
