Plant Manager is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a small, close-knit team while supporting day-to-day plant operations. You’ll play an important part in balancing operational excellence with customer care, helping your team deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.We’re looking for a people-focused leader who values collaboration, brings a thoughtful approach to decision-making, and creates an environment where others feel supported to grow and succeed.
