Job Description:
As a Sporting Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational and sporting coordination of the Junior World Rally Championship (JWRC). You will also support the organisation and development of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC). This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic evolution and excellence of FIA rallying worldwide.
You will report to the WRC Category Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Sporting coordination – WRC: Develop relationships with stakeholders, manage registrations, oversee accreditation, ensure document compliance, and propose improvements.
* Event support – JWRC (max 6 events/year): Act as FIA coordinator, assess on-site conditions, report, and liaise with stakeholders.
* Delegate coordination: Communicate with FIA delegates and consultants.
* Reporting: Collect reports, support governance, prepare meetings, draft regulations, and organize seminars.
* Championship calendar management: Review calendar submissions.
* Communication and website coordination: Update championship info and standings.
Profile:
* University degree in Sports Management or related field.
* Strong rallying knowledge; experience as co-driver, team coordinator, or event organiser is a plus.
* Familiarity with FIA regulations.
* Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
