As a reputable firm, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and efficient legal support. We are now looking for an organised and reliable Office Junior/Assistant Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner, managing front desk duties as needed.
· Post Handling: Sort scan and distribute incoming post, ensuring it reaches the relevant departments promptly.
· Archiving: Assist with the filing and archiving of legal documents and client files, ensuring all records are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
· Lodging Deeds and Legal Documents: Safely store deeds, wills, and other important legal documents into our secure storage system.
· General Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance to senior staff, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
· A keen interest in law and office administration.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Previous office or receptionist experience is desirable but not essential.
