The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a key part in the day to day leadership of a children's home, supporting both the team and the young people within it. You will work alongside a strong Registered Manager, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and operational excellence are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager with the daily running of the home
* Lead and develop a team of residential staff
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standardsCreate a safe, structured and nurturing environment
* Contribute to care planning and positive outcomes for young people
What We Are Looking For
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare
* Previous supervisory or senior experience within a children's home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management (desirable or willingness to work towards)
* A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
* A passionate, resilient and people focused leader
Salary and Benefits

* Base salary: £42,664 to £49,452
