Senior National Account Manager - 12 Month FTC

We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry that is looking for a Senior Account Manager on a 12 FTC.
This role is a hybrid role and will require you to be based in their Birmingham offices 3 days per week.
Job Duties:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth within national accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability
* Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to improve performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of account strategies
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
* Demonstrated success in selling and negotiating with national retail accounts
* National responsibility for one of the big four Grocers is essential
* Strong business acumen and ability to develop effective business plans
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and retail landscape
* Proficiency in business planning and financial analysis
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
