About the Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective repair services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing high-quality repair and maintenance services
2. Provide first line IT support
3. Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management
4. Completing all administrative duties accurately and on time
5. Undertaking relevant technical and product training
6. Maintaining company property to a high standard
Essential Requirements:
7. Full driver’s licence
8. Experience in a similar engineering role
9. HND (or HNC with relevant experience) or equivalent in electronic and mechanical engineering
10. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles
11. Exceptional fault-finding skills
12. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
13. Strong customer focus and a drive to exceed expectations
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Flexibility and willingness to travel – support across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland may be required
16. Good working knowledge of MS Windows and general MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
