As Head of Science, you will:
• Lead and inspire a dedicated Science team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Deliver outstanding lessons across your chosen Science specialism.
• Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and student progress across the department.
• Promote a culture of academic excellence and enthusiasm for Science.
• Provide strong classroom management and foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
