About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups and subjects, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of schools
2. Managing classroom behaviour effectively
3. Adapting teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners
4. Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
5. Maintaining safeguarding and school policies at all times

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
10. Holds QTS / PGCE / Equivalent Teaching Qualification
11. Has recent teaching experience in UK schools
12. Is adaptable, confident and reliable
13. Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
14. Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
