Job Title: Sales Operations Support Specialist
Our client designs, manufactures, and markets thermal imaging and broadcast camera systems. They make products for condition monitoring, R&D, airborne observation and broadcast, search and rescue, and surveillance and military. They have been around for over 40 years and have about 3000 employees globally and growing. They are looking for Sales Specialists to add to their growing team in a Vancouver suburb.
Success Profile:
* 2 to 4 years of Sales operations or similar experience
* SAP or similar software experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
* Exceptional interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
Scope of Work:
* Managing sales administrative tasks for large customers/accounts
* Order processing
* Credit applications and account receivables
* Shipment support and management
* RMA management
Customer Service and Support / Account Management Support
* Manage and distribute incoming emails to sales, sales engineering, support
* First level customer support and triaging
* Order unblocking and scheduling
* Lead time requests
* Sales manual development and maintenance
* Process improvement
Top of Funnel Support
* Lead qualification, and management
* Quotes
* Creating new accounts
Channel and Account Support
* Managing channel operations and enabling channel partners
* Supporting sales reps to improve account growth and improve opportunity, win-rate, and deal outcomes
* Coordinating sales skill development and support
* Onboarding
* Sales content organization and messaging coordination (ensure sale content is available, relevant, and accessible for the sales organization)
* Ad hoc tasks as assigned
