Building good relationships with customers and suppliers, and progressing the business. Role profile: * Input enquiries received onto a spreadsheet * Create manual and electronic enquiry folders to keep on top of relevant information, specifically tender deadlines * Assess the scope of works involved in a project based on an enquiry * Liaise with clients and keep them informed of progress * Follow up on quotations which have been sent out to clients * When necessary, assist the Estimator with producing quotations * General administration duties for the team Person profile: * Excellent administration skills * Analytical and technical skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Confident user of Microsoft Office Applications * Interpersonal communication skills * Flexible and positive approach to work * Construction experience, recognise bills of quantities, specifications, drawings, etc. Essential criteria: * Considerable knowledge and proficiency of Excel formulas Desired criteria: * Internet based platforms DropBox, Conquest, ASite, 4Projects Due to the number of responses generated we are unable to get back to every applicant.
