A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base including start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, charities, local authorities and high-net-worth individuals, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters such as:
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Business sales and purchases
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder & partnership agreements
• Venture capital investments
• Company formations & constitutional documents
• Commercial agreements & share options

About You:
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
• Around 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law
• Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills
• Confident building and maintaining client relationships
