Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimise care delivery.
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
* Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or similar care setting.
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in social care.
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
