Role Description
We are seeking a Qualified or Part-Qualified Solicitor, or an Experienced Paralegal, to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Radlett. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to clients, reviewing and drafting legal documents, liaising with clients and external parties, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations. Key responsibilities include managing cases related to landlord-tenant disputes, property transactions, debt recovery and other related legal matters.
Qualifications
* Experience in Law, including knowledge of landlord-tenant regulations preferred
* Litigation experience
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
* Relevant qualifications, including a degree in Law or equivalent legal experience for paralegal candidates
