The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Y5/6 class, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire all children to succeed and achieve good outcomes.Key responsibilities will include:• Deliver engaging and effective lessons for Y5/6 that align with our broad and balanced curriculum• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that embodies our Christian values of respect, friendship, hope, forgiveness, wisdom and truthfulness• Collaborate with colleagues to implement mixed-age planning in maths and support the consolidation of fluency skills using a Mastering Number approach• Engage with parents and carers to support their child’s reading and overall learning journey• Help our children on their journey to flourish and succeed as confident and happy learners who are ready for life in modern BritainKey skills:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).• Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching in a primary school setting – experience in Y5/6 would be beneficial• A passion for fostering children’s learning and personal development• Strong communication and interpersonal skills### Attachments### Safeguarding Statement:We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
