This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of the healthcare market, who can identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and drive growth within the Complex Care sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to win new Complex Care packages across public and private sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs, case managers, and private clients. Identify, tender for, and secure new business opportunities to expand service delivery. Collaborate with the clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and high-quality care delivery. Monitor and report on performance, pipeline activity, and growth targets. Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings. Requirements Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within Complex Care, Domiciliary Care, or Health & Social Care. Strong network within Local Authorities, ICBs, and/or case management organisations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and deliver against commercial objectives.
