Join our team as the Arts & Culture Manager and become one of the authors of our story. This individual will develop and execute a brand-defining program of authentic activities and experiences that create beloved traditions, drive local traffic, and showcase the vibrancy of London through social programming, culinary, and wellness initiatives. Responsibilities include initiating, facilitating, and guiding well-designed, creatively curated programming for hotel guests onsite and offsite. The activities will include classes, amenities, off-site adventures, product selections, partner appointments, and activation of our unique spaces. This role is essential in establishing thematic stories that influence and enhance the guest experience.

The role involves:

1. Programming Execution: Planning and executing seasonal, monthly, and weekly programming calendars based on brand positioning, including talent curation and collaboration with departments.
2. Weekly Programming Management: Managing weekly schedules, coordinating with partners, and ensuring timely marketing and design preparations.
3. Signature Event Production: Managing unique events and partnerships, overseeing vendors, and evaluating event success.
4. Networking: Building relationships with community leaders and local partners to enhance brand story and guest experiences.
5. Community Engagement: Fostering relationships with alumni and residents to maintain the hotel's status as a community-loved destination.
6. Training and Design Support: Managing resources, maintaining communication with operational leaders, and supporting design elements for programming.
7. Continuous Improvement: Using guest feedback and performance data to refine experiences and enhance ROI.
8. Confidentiality: Ensuring the security of sensitive information.

Qualifications include:

* Minimum 5+ years in creative event production, hospitality operations, project management, with a relevant college degree.
* Strong roots and connections in London, with an eye for design and style.
* Deep knowledge of the luxury market and catering to a luxury clientele.
* Leadership qualities, positive attitude, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data for performance evaluation.
* Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities.
* Polished professional interaction with guests.
* Self-motivated, innovative, and able to adapt to new responsibilities.
* Legal ability to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
