Account Representative
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Account Manager Womenswear to join the Barbour field-based Sales team on a temporary Maternity cover basis.
About the Role:
* Manage a designated territory and achieve profitable sales in line with targets.
* Produce sales forecasts, account plans, and regular trading updates.
* Be a brand ambassador and ensure Barbour is 'best in class' within the territory.
The ideal candidate will have experience in regional and area account management, as well as managing sell-through activities and influencing sell-out. They will also have strong communication and negotiation skills, and be able to analyse external and internal numerical data.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to present the range to assigned partners, understand different partner product requirements, and ensure that forecasted targets are met with each partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell-in: Presenting the range, understanding partner product requirements, ensuring forecasted targets are met.
* Sell-out: Maintaining VM standards, providing stores with product training, communicating marketing needs.
* Administrative: Sales order management on NuORDER.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Educated to a degree level.
* Experience in regional and area account management.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Able to analyse external and internal numerical data.
