The Person:
* Strong Leadership skills
* Previous bar or hospitality supervisory/managerial experience
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* Good knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails
* Positive, team-focused and guest-focused approach
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
The Role:
* Manage daily bar operations to deliver exceptional guest service
* Lead, train and develop the Bar Team
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock management, and drink presentation
* Drive sales to maximise revenue and meet financial targets
* Conduct monthly stock takes and manager ordering
* Handle guest queries professionally and suppoty cotinuous improvement
* Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments
* Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies
