The Opportunity
We seek an AI Talent Acquisition expert to help establish world-class AI capabilities across GUS Group and its institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of global AI professionals, whether from an agency background or in-house TA role, with active talent pools ready for immediate engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting for executive, technical, operational, and pedagogical AI roles.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to define roles, develop strategies, and shape talent attraction.
* Utilizing data and market insights to inform and challenge recruitment strategies.
* Creating compelling EVP and candidate materials to attract top AI talent.
You will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, demonstrating agility and resilience, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI roles at all levels.
* Leverage existing global AI networks for sourcing.
* Collaborate with C-suite to define role requirements and strategies.
* Implement direct sourcing campaigns worldwide.
* Present recruitment metrics and insights to leadership.
* Support employer branding initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience recruiting in AI and tech markets, either from an agency or in-house.
* Active global AI talent pools and networks.
* Experience recruiting a range of AI roles, from executive to technical.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite.
* Agile, commercial approach to talent acquisition.
* Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics for decision-making.
* Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
* Expertise in talent mapping and niche skill sourcing.
