About the role We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of AerFin's offices. This role falls within the function of the CEO office, reporting to the Executive Assistant. In this position, you'll be responsible for overseeing various administrative duties, managing office supplies, coordinating office events, and offering invaluable support to both employees and visitors to uphold a productive and well-organised environment. Responsibilities: Manage the reception area and welcome guests Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages, passing information to the relevant departments. Organise meeting rooms, arrange catering Ensure office facilities are operational including arranging and reporting necessary repairs & inspections.
