Job Description
Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) | Lincoln | £35,000 – £70,000
The firm
This is a chance to join a well-established and highly respected regional law firm that genuinely offers the best of both worlds. You’ll find the quality, variety and complexity of work you’d expect from a large practice, but with a far more personable, supportive and down-to-earth culture.
The firm has deep roots across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire and works with a broad mix of individuals, landowners and businesses, from local enterprises to larger commercial clients. It continues to grow steadily, investing in its people, systems and offices, while remaining focused on delivering clear, practical advice and building long-term client relationships. Lawyers here are encouraged to collaborate, share knowledge and enjoy their work, not just bill time.
The role
* Handling a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, commercial lease issues, rights of way, boundary disputes and agricultural property work
* Managing files from instruction through to resolution, with the right level of support as you develop
* Working on interesting, often high-value disputes for a varied and high-quality client base
* Collaborating closely with colleagues in disputes and across the wider firm
* Building your experience and confidence in a role that offers genuine responsibility from an early stage
Are you looking for a property litigation role where you can really get stuck into the work, rather than being siloed or overly supervised?
You
* A qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) with experience in, or a strong interest in, property litigation
* A confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
* Organised and able to manage a varied caseload effectively
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and building strong client relationships
Would you enjoy working somewhere that values approachability and teamwork just as much as technical ability?
Benefits
* Competitive salary of £35,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
* High-quality, varied property litigation work
* Ongoing training, mentoring and support for career development
* Friendly, collaborative working environment
* Clear opportunities for progression as the team continues to grow
* Attractive benefits package and a sensible approach to work-life balance
