We’re hiring an Electronics Manager to lead a talented team of 10 engineers product-led environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and develop a team of electronics & embedded engineers
Drive technical excellence and compliance
Work closely with product, quality, and commercial teams
Oversee development from concept to production
Improve systems, processes, and performance
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience managing electronics teams
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or similar)
Strong embedded systems background
Confident communicator and people leader
