About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Resource Coordinator to support the coordination and allocation of radiography staffing across our diagnostic imaging services.
You will play a key role in ensuring the right number of qualified radiographers are scheduled across multiple sites to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous service delivery.
This is a fast-paced operational role involving rota management, real-time staffing support, recruitment coordination, and workforce compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and update radiographer rotas across multiple sites
* Respond quickly to sickness, absence, cancellations, and staffing changes
* Allocate staff in line with clinical demand and service priorities
* Act as first point of contact for staffing and rota queries
* Support daily operational briefings and cross-team communication
* Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and compliance checks
* Maintain accurate workforce systems, records, and documentation
* Process timesheets and support payroll/invoice accuracy
* Ensure all compliance requirements (DBS, Right to Work, training) are met
* Support incident management and service disruption response
* Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
* Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota as required
About You
Essential:
* Experience in coordination, scheduling, workforce management, or administration
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office and workforce systems
Desirable:
* Experience in healthcare staffing or clinical environments
* Familiarity with rota/scheduling systems
* Understanding of compliance processes (DBS, Right to Work, onboarding)
