Our client is urgently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in reporting and analytics to join their team on a contractor basis through to December 2025.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the Global Service Desk and the IT Service Management team, delivering regular insights on IT performance and supporting critical workflows and documentation.
Key responsibilities as the IT Business Analyst:

Design and document high-level business processes and contribute to solution design.

Integrate systems and processes to streamline IT operations.

Take a customer-centric approach to ensure changes deliver measurable business value.

Lead all reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Build and manage a report repository to support timely access to key analytics.

Maintain a structured reporting schedule and respond to ad-hoc data requests.

Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights.

Ensure reporting quality and alignment with company standards.

Leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
