We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Learning and Development team at Greggs as a Learning and Development Advisor to help us shape the future of learning across the business

We can offer you:

About the role

17. This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered
18. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
19. The base location for this role isGreggs House, Quorum Park, Newcastle

What you'll do

20. Lead on the design and facilitation of our core learning offer including facilitated sessions and self-directed learning resources.
21. Lead on designs for digital learning materials for key business initiatives, working alongside the Content Owners and the Digital Learning Team
22. Lead on Learning at Work Week and similar initiatives
23. Support with the design and delivery of our talent development programmes
24. Lead on content updates for the internal Learning Hub
25. Liaise with operational L&D teams in Retail and Supply to align the learning schedule and offer across the business

About you

You’ll fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

26. Very strong creative skills to produce session plans, storyboards, and learning support materials
27. Excellent facilitation skills, both face‑to‑face and in virtual environments
28. Extensive knowledge of learning theories and hands‑on experience managing the full learning cycle (analysis, design, facilitation, and evaluation)
29. The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
30. Strong organisational and project management capabilities
31. Excellent digital and technology skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 and Canva
32. A genuine passion for helping people maximise their potential
33. Outstanding relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders at all levels
34. A blend of innovation, creativity, and pragmatism to design solutions that truly work for our colleagues
