Commercial Property Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working

A growing Legal 500 regional firm
Role
* Assisting in residential ‘plot’ sales, acting on the part of property developers selling their newly-built properties
* Assisting other fee earners on files initially, with a view to building up your own caseload,to include:
o Assisting with reviewing files and preparing draft reports on title
o Acting on sales, purchase, leases and licences
o Assisting with development projects for clients – including site set up and plot sales
o Research on areas that arise that need to be considered
o Assisting with preparing and updating suite of template documents
You
* 1-5years PQE within commercial property
* The successful candidate will be joining a busy, hardworking team and will be expected to deliver exceptional client service
