As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing your team of Care Assistants in the field and be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise, using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community. Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator you will connect the office with the customer. You will also use your experience to provide quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages.
