We're looking for an experienced Projects Coordinator to join our office-based team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Job Title: Projects Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract type: Fixed Term
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Poole
Holiday: 30 days paid (inc. bank holidays)
What you will be doing
Assist the Onboarding Project Manager, Sales and Customer Services team in the management and completion of customer projects including but not limited to:
Logo set up
Kitted codes set up
PIM amendments
Consignment set ups, amendments and closures
Support with customer project work and onboarding
Producing commercial invoices
When required, general order processing and Cruise order processing ad-hoc
Customer projects co-ordination (logos, kitted codes, PIM, commercial invoices and consignments) 65%
Project and Onboarding Support 20%
Time spent working on the development of Tower in the form of internal projects. 15%
