At Homemove, we’re set on re-inventing the moving home process by making it easier, quicker and a lot less stressful for us all! We’re utilising tech, data and AI to seamlessly support & offer consumers access to top-rated providers throughout the many elements involved in moving home on a single platform.
With Homedata, our SaaS business, we’rebuilding the UK’s smartest residential property intelligence platform — helping Estate Agents, Surveyors and Lenders make faster, better-informed decisions. Backed by extensive data and fuelled by real industry need, our SaaS platform is growing quickly.
Now we’re looking for a B2B Marketing Lead who can promote both brands to their respective professional audiences, generate prospect pipelines, acquire new Partners and help us shape the next phase of growth. You’ll be joining a team that’s agile, collaborative and innovative. We’re passionate about offering top-rated providers greater access to home movers, and deeply invested in making property data more comprehensive, insightful and actionable.
The Role:
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, highly creative B2B Marketing Manager to join our centralised Marketing team and take the reins on:
* Homedata’s day-to-day marketing of its SaaS platform — from brand to funnel
* Homemove’s B2B acquisition marketing to providers of the various moving home services
This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing of 2 x B2B brands from the start, with the autonomy to make decisions & implement, with guidance from the Marketing Director to support your success. You’ll own the full B2B marketing mix for Homemove and Homedata (our SaaS business) and play a key role in demand generation, sales enablement, and long-term brand growth.
What You’ll Do:
Lead our Marketing Execution:
* Manage and execute the end-to-end marketing plan across digital and offline channels
* Develop and deliver compelling multi-touch campaigns that feed our sales funnels
* Be the voice and custodian of our brands
* Ensure marketing aligns with overall business objectives
Content & Creative (with AI support):
* Creation of marketing and sales material, including: advertising assets (eg social, display, email), Sales decks, PDFs, landing pages
* Write and review sharp, clear copy
* Develop case studies, testimonials, and value propositions for each customer segment
Digital & Demand Generation:
* Help plan and implement paid digital media
* Own email campaigns: onboarding, reactivation, retention, and upsell
* Drive retargeting and nurture journeys to support product-led growth
* Manage CRM tagging and segmentation to improve targeting
Brand & Strategic Comms:
* Contribute to and refine brand guidelines and tone of voice (Homedata)
* Enter both brands into relevant awards and B2B thought leadership opportunities
* Evaluate sponsorship and event activity as part of wider B2B brand growth strategy
* Work with partners and clients on co-branded opportunities
Marketing Operations & Strategy:
* Manage marketing budget and report on ROI by channel
* Build reporting to track funnel conversion, MQLs, CAC, and campaign performance
* Coordinate with sales to ensure alignment between marketing activities and pipeline goals
What You’ll Need:
* 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
* Understanding of (or passion for) the property, data, or proptech space
* Strong creative skills and good copy instincts
* Ability to balance strategy with execution — this is a hands-on role
* Comfortable managing budget and prioritising activities for maximum impact
* Confidence with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM/Email platforms, CMS
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in the property, surveying, or real estate sector
* Familiarity with product marketing and onboarding flows
* Design or no-code skills (e.g. Canva, Figma, Webflow)
* Experience building and launching brands
