Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise groups of construction workers to achieve project goals efficiently
* Control, check, and monitor sub-contractor work to maintain quality and compliance
* Manage quality control processes and schedule workflows to ensure timely completion of construction projects
* Apply knowledge of building construction works to oversee site activities and resolve issues
* Implement and enforce work site safety protocols to protect workers and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Monitor and support worker welfare and safety requirements on site
Required competencies and certifications
* Certificate in related construction works
* Work at height certification
* Lifting certificate
